Jamie Pullen
As a highly skilled Technical Architect, Jamie Pullen delivers exceptional value to IRIS 365’s clients through his vast experience and deep knowledge of cloud technologies. With over 10 years of expertise in designing and executing enterprise-scale cloud solutions, Jamie has successfully spearheaded large cloud transformation projects for Fortune 500 companies in both the UK and the Cayman Islands. A specialist in Microsoft technologies, Jamie is a subject matter expert in Microsoft 365, Azure, Veeam, DevOps, and Agile methodologies. His achievements include pioneering Microsoft Partner recognition for previous MSPs and mentoring clients and peers on modern cybersecurity practices.

Gareth Lloyd
With nearly 20 years of experience in Information Technology, Gareth Lloyd is a key asset to the IRIS 365 team, bringing both technical expertise and a strong regional presence. Over the last 7 years, Gareth has worked in the Cayman Islands, specialising in Hyper-Converged Storage solutions such as Nutanix, Server Infrastructure using HPE and Microsoft technologies, and Cloud Computing. As a Senior Technical Specialist, Gareth’s knowledge extends beyond IT systems—he also plays a pivotal role in cross-selling opportunities within the Caribbean markets, delivering value to a diverse range of clients.
Gareth holds a BCom degree in Information Systems from the University of Cape Town and is certified in several industry-leading technologies, further enhancing his ability to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
Hybrid Infrastructure Engineer
Melvin Luigi Zeta
Melvin Luigi Zeta is a highly skilled Hybrid Infrastructure Engineer with deep expertise in cloud migration, network design, and IT infrastructure management. With a strong foundation in incident management, virtualization, and cloud security, he focuses on optimizing digital environments for peak performance and enhanced protection.
Before joining IRIS 365, Melvin was a key contributor at Genus PLC, where he led cloud migration initiatives, streamlined legacy systems, and improved operational efficiency while reducing costs. His ability to troubleshoot complex IT challenges and collaborate across teams ensures that clients receive scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.
Holding a Microsoft Azure Administrator certification, Melvin stays ahead of evolving cloud and security advancements. He is passionate about working closely with clients to develop tailored IT strategies that align with their business goals and drive innovation.
